Mexican pre-wired scratch plate

My pre-wired scratch plates are all assembled by myself and hand soldered with lead solder. The plate will be assembled with hand wound pickups of your choice, suppplied with correct value Sprage capacitors and, CTS potentiometers for the pickups which you have chosen. You will have a 3,4 or 5 way switch depending on your wire configuration, made in U.S.A. by CRL or OAK GRIGSBY.

All wiring used will be of a high standard 22 gauge cloth coverd wire.

All volume and tone pots will be fitted with star lock washers to prevent the pots from working loose. I use a method called 'star wiring' when assembling the plate, this... along with the wires being kept as short as possible, reduces the pickups gathering static charge in the surroundings. 

Mono chrome jack socket supplied with order.

You will be left with 3 wires to connect,

White live to jack socket,

Black earth to jack socket

Black earth to body if opitional.

Soldering is a much better way of making contact, but If you are NOT comfortable with a soldering iron and are unable to bring the guitar to my workshop, just let me know and I will fit male to female connections on the wires so that you can simply plug together (Phone Or E mail) no extra charge
